Sauna + Cold Plunge

Ready to take it to the next level? Try Fire & Ice! Start in the Infrared Sauna then go to the Cold Plunge back and forth 2-3x. Generally, we have found 15 min in the sauna, then 2-3 min in the plunge is a great start. Then 10 min in the sauna and 2-3 min in the plunge once or twice after has been most effective. This contrast therapy is a great way to promote circulation and increase time in the plunge!

Sauna + Cold Plunge

Detox and Rejuvenate

Not only does infrared sauna therapy ease muscle soreness, it eliminates toxins directly through the skin. Infrared sauna therapy is effective in removing both lipophilic (fat-stored) toxins and toxins already in the bloodstream, reducing levels of heavy metals such as aluminum, mercury, and cadmium, as well as pesticides, herbicides, PCBs, and hydrocarbon residues—all toxins commonly picked up from our environment.
