Is it rough?

It depends on the person! Some find it intense, and so we put a towel / pillow behind you to ease the intensity which you can remove at any point if you'd like the extra pressure.

What setting is best?

If youre looking for a back adjustment with traction, "Extension" is the way to go. But if youre looking for something a little more mellow, "Sports Refresh" & "Rest & Sleep" are our next go-to's!
